Letter from the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada to Indigenous Communities Inviting Them to Participate in an Activity to Inform the Agency's Understanding of Their Exercise of Rights

On November 29, 2021, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada invited Indigenous communities listed in the Indigenous Engagement and Partnership Plan to participate in an activity to inform the Agency's understanding of the communities' exercise of their rights. A worksheet was provided as a tool to support discussions on potential impacts of the proposed Marten Falls Community Access Road Project on the exercise of their Aboriginal and Treaty rights. The Agency also provided a handout to explain how to use the worksheet, as well as area maps.

Each community listed below received the following five documents as attachments to the correspondence listed immediately below.
