Notice of Termination

Ottawa — May 8, 2023 — On April 24, 2023, the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) terminated the impact assessment for the Value Chain Solutions – Heartland Complex Expansion Project (the project) pursuant to section 73 of the Impact Assessment Act. On March 23, 2023, Value Chain Solutions Inc. (the proponent) notified the Agency of their intention to terminate the federal impact assessment for the project.
