Notice of Determination

April 5, 2023 - Department and Fisheries and Oceans and Transport Canada have issued their Notice of Determination after evaluation of the project Reconstruction of breakwater structure 301 at the Miller Brook Fisheries and Oceans Canada Small Craft Harbour and have determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects with mitigation measures as outlined in their evaluation and can therefore proceed.
