The Proposed Project:

To construct a new recreational tennis facility located at 2940 Convair Dr. with an air supported "bubble" dome.  The dome is a non-permanent, fabric structure that is 450' long x 130' wide x 40' high, supported by internal air pressure and room for 9 tennis courts.  The tennis facility will include a tennis clubhouse with administrative offices, changing rooms and visitor washrooms. The equipment will be installed on an associated equipment pad with natural gas and electrical infrastructure. In addition, an adjacent parking lot will also be created to accommodate 76 cars including 2 accessible spaces and fire access.
