Notice of Time Limit Resumption

Ottawa — December 16, 2022 — On December 6, 2022, QSL International Ltd. (the proponent) provided its Detailed Project Description and its response to the Summary of Issues (in French only) of the Sorel-Tracy Port Terminal Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). On December 16, 2022, the Agency accepted these documents as it determined that they contained the information prescribed by the Information and Management of Time Limits Regulations. The proponent thereby completed the activity for which the proponent requested that the time limit be suspended on November 22, 2022, and the 180-day time limit of the Planning phase has resumed.
