Specific mitigation measure allowing the work to be carried out during the nesting period of the cliff swallow:

Installation of exclusion structures, consisting of uniform fabrics (geotextiles) installed and fixed to form an angle of approximately 45 degrees between the roof and the wall. These will be triangular pieces of approximately 1 meter on each side which will be nailed to the wooden soffits using wooden slats. These canvases will be installed in places likely to support a cliff swallow's nest, they will be airtight and without gaps, so as to prevent birds from infiltrating as much as possible. The installation of these canvases will only be done on the gables of the roof of the Petite-Ferme since the swallows have never made nests elsewhere on this building.

These structures will be installed before the beginning of the nesting period of the Cliff Swallow, which according to available data, takes place around May 25 and monitoring will be done morning and evening, seven days a week, until the end of the work. Any observations will be recorded in a register.
