Notice of intent to make a determination

Fort McKay First Nation: 2023/24 Residential Redevelopment Project – Public Comments Invited

March 5, 2024, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Fort McKay First Nation: 2023/24 Residential Redevelopment Project located in Fort McKay First Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
