Notice of Time Limit Extension

Ottawa — March 7, 2024 — On March 7, 2024, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, pursuant to subsection 27(3) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012, has extended the time limit for his environmental assessment decision under subsection 52(1) by 90 days.
