Notice of Time Limit Resumption

Ottawa — September 15, 2023 — On August 31, 2023, Saskatchewan Power Corporation (the proponent) provided its response to the Summary of Issues and Detailed Project Description for the Aspen Power Station Project to the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency). On September 12, 2023, the Agency accepted these documents as it determined that they contained the information prescribed by the Information and Management of Time Limits Regulations. The proponent thereby completed the activity for which the proponent requested that the time limit be suspended on June 27, 2023, and the 180-day time limit has resumed.
