The Proposed Project

The proposed Transitional Housing under the CHRT41 guidance is situated along a cleared land amongst future housing projections as per the community's plans. It will consist of a large shared kitchen, dining, and living area with ample storage for food and supplies, a rec and educational areas for youths, and units in their designated building wings to accommodate for staff, family and single units. Additional infrastructure includes a covered porch for outdoor gathering and lounging areas with ample protection from the natural elements. For added equipment storage there is a separate garage with storage rooms for tools and all-terrain vehicles, and a new parking and gravel road to accommodate access to the CFS facility.
