Notice of Determination

North Vancouver, B.C. – June 28, 2024 – The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed Vancouver Pile Driving Graving Dock Rehabilitation located at 20 Brooksbank Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7J 2B8 is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The determination was based on a consideration of the following factors:

• Impacts on rights of Indigenous peoples
• Indigenous knowledge
• Community knowledge
• Comments received from the public
• Technically and economically feasible mitigation measures

Mitigation measures and permit conditions taken into account in making the determination include:

• Mitigation measures that were part of the project and environmental review of Project Permit PER No. 20-084

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority is satisfied that the carrying out of the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
