Eskasoni Strip Mall – Phase II – Public Comments Invited

July 19, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Eskasoni Strip Mall – Phase II, project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

The project will include the construction of a 740m2, 4-unit commercial building as well as site access and parking area (1715m2). The total project footprint is approximately 2455m2. Project activities include the construction of the building, site grading, paving and connection into community services (water and wastewater).
