The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. The goal of this project is to replace a watermain at Fort Frontenac so water flow to a hydrant and building FF-04 is increased. The existing 4 inch diameter water service will be upgraded to 6 inch diameter water service. Excavation or trenchless subsurface works will occur. Restoration of the grade, asphalt and grassy areas are to be completed following excavation.

Fort Frontenac is a national historic site of Canada and has a high archaeological potential.
