Castle needs to happen!

To many Canadians weighing in, this may seem like something you disapprove of. However, I want you to look at it from a different perspective. What if it was your line of work that would be closing? What if you and thousands of others would be out of employment? And what if it left behind multiple communities that could not recover from the closure?

This is what would happen to our communities! Family members working away or having no jobs whatsoever, communities unable to sustain, the repercussions are endless! This valley and the mining corporation are the reason we are able to put food on our family's plates, have a roof over our heads, send our children to get a post-secondary education and become a part in Canada's working industry, and everything else in our lives!!

I ask you this, if this was your job and your family who would suffer the repercussions, would you still think the same? Would you still be so concerned if you didn't have any money or resources to fall back on? Please all I'm asking you to understand is that this is about so much more than the facts in front of you! Castle needs to go forward. Teck has great environmental plans in place, and has always done its best to keep the workers and communities safe. Please allow this project to go through so that these communities may still be around 20 years from now!
