Teck's Castle Coal Mine

I am writing to ask that you appoint a review panel for the Castle Mine to make sure that we have the best available science , and that we hear from the best independent experts. It is imperative that the process is open, transparent, and based on solid science. The public must have enough opportunities to be heard. I am very concerned that this new coal mine will add more water pollution to the most contaminated river in the Elk Valley and add GHG emissions that will make it even harder for Canada to meet its GHG reductions targets.
