Good morning Regan,

The PAO has no comment on the suitability of the proposed focus area, however we note there is the possibility of underwater wreck that could be impacted by development of offshore wind development in Newfoundland and Labrador and that Provincial legislation is in place (Historic Resources Act and archaeological regulations) to protect underwater resources.
