I second Troy’s email. This will affect the livelihood of many families, communities, and regions.
Also considering the waters are warming up, species are moving and it seems there has been minimal considerations for this.
At the end of the day NL has an abundance of land and I am extremely concerns about the impacts to water and all that live and surround it, why not stick to land?
