Transport Canada is proposing necessary surface infrastructure upgrades at the St. Anthony Airport, NL. Work will consist of milling the runway, taxiway, apron, parking lot and airport access road to a depth of 40 mm and resurfacing with new Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete (HMAC). Regrading the shoulders of the paved aircraft movement areas, as well as rehabilitating concrete curb, gutter, and catch basins to enhance drainage will also be undertaken.
