Installation of a 50,000 L reservoir at the Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon airport

Air Liaison is planning to install a 50,000-litre above-ground tank in the south-east sector of the tarmac at the Lourdes-de-Blanc-Sablon airport. The tank will be installed on a concrete slab measuring 14.63 m by 4.88 m, and protected by protective jerseys. A trench will also be dug to install electrical cables linking the junction box to Transport Canada's distribution panel in the hangar.

Latest update

January 26, 2024 – Transport Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
