Culvert Replacement and Repair at km 41 Hay Camp Road

A culvert replacement is required on km 41 of Hay Camp road through Wood Buffalo National Park. An increase in spring water levels caused the road to collapse above the culvert. A temporary soft cap was created until a permanent repair can be completed.

October 7, 2022 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
