Elder's Village Site Servicing

The project consists of providing site servicing to the proposed elders village including water, onsite wastewater disposal systems and drainage. The proposed Elder's Village consists of 5 Elder's housing units and an Amenity building. Each Elder's building will house 2 bedroom  Elder's Units and 2 caregiver suites. Total area impacted by the project approximately 18,770 square meters.
