TELUS Communications Inc. is proposing the installation of a 18/80 GHz radio communication link from Bella Bella, BC to Shearwater, BC. The installation will include a 2 foot diameter dual band microwave antenna that will be installed on an existing telecommunications tower on the Bella Bella No 1 Reserve. This radio communication link will be used to carry telecommunications, including voice and data service, to Shearwater.
