Mistahi Sipiy Child and Family Service and Big River First Nation Prevention Building

Mistahi Sipiy Child and Family Service and Big River First Nation prevention agencies are proposing to construct a new administration facility within the community of Big River First Nation. The proposed building will be approximately 2,500 m2. with a projected staff complement of over 50 people. The project will also include a garage facility to house the fleet vehicles and to store recreational program equipment and materials.

Project site works will include clearing of vegetation and topsoil removal, foundation excavation, construction of a foundation, backfill and grading. The proposed project will also require the construction an access road, and the installation of utilities including power, communication, water, sewer and gas lines.
