Flying Dust Commercial Project

Flying Dust is proposing a new land development to support a future commercial subdivision on reserve land bordering the north side of the City of Meadow Lake within portions of NW26-59-17-W3 and NE26-59-17-W3 . The total land development area is 42 ha. The initial phase of the project is to include the installation of water, sewer, roads, and lot grading.  Utility installation will include extensions of existing power, natural gas and communications. The land on which the proposed development is to take place was previously used as a rail bed and agriculture hub for elevators.  A recent remediation project restored the land to below applicable CCME criteria for Agricultural Land Use.
