The project consists of a first phase (16 hectares) of development of a new residential area north of Boulevard des Forges in Mani-Utenam (Malioténam) as well as the installation of a 1.2-metre (4-foot) diameter, 1.4 km long storm sewer to the Sakaikaniss Creek
