Family Services Building

The project will include all preperation and construction necessary for a Family Services Building. Preparing of the site includes (1) clearing and grubbing (2) extending water lines, (3) preparing electricial connections, (4) building a foundation, (5) installing a septic system, and (6) placing of the modular units. The modual units will be constructed offsite and delivered for instalation following preparation of the site, the completed structure will be 3600 sq. ft. The lot is currently undeveloped and will hooked up to the appropriate services. Development of the area will include a parking lot for the completed office.

July 26, 2021 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination (https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/140778 ) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
