AIB reservoir Construction

The new storage volume of 160 m3 will be achieved by constructing an above-ground
steel tank on Band land adjacent to the existing north reservoir (#2). This will allow AIB
to decommission Reservoir #1 when funding allows and address the land encumbrance
issue with that reservoir.
