McLeod Lake Community Wellness Centre Onsite Sewage System

McLeod Lake Indian Band is planning to construct an onsite sewage treatment and disposal system that will service the new Wellness Centre and existing Administration Building, located on McLeod Lake IR 1. The existing onsite sewage system for the Administration building will be decommissioned. The new system will include septic tank treatment and micro-dosed pressure distribution system to a subsurface sand-lined trench disposal field. Tree clearing may be required for the system.

February 12, 2023 - The public comment period on the project is closed. ISC ia considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likley to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
