Bunibonibee Cree Nation - 48 Unit Subdivision

The project is to design and construct a new subdivision with 48 units on the south side of the community, between Oxford Lake and Wapisew Lake. There is a road to the community quarry that runs through the proposed project site. Activities will included clearing and grubbing, surveying, geotechnical investigation, lot grading and drainage, road construction and housing construction.

September 10, 2023 – The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
