Seine River First Nation Standpipe Replacement

The Proposed Project

The Seine River First Nation Standpipe Replcacement project will accommodate the required water storage for the community and will include site clearing, construction of a new standpipe water storage tank, utility building, watermain and gravel access road, and decommissioning of the existing standpipe. The project is located in Seine River First Nation and will be constructed across from the existing standpipe site on the north side of Standpipe Access Road.


Latest update

September 21, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination https://iaac-aeic.gc.ca/050/evaluations/document/153070 and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
