Swan River First Nation Lakefront Development Project

Swan River First Nation is proposing a lakefront development of its 150E reserve lands at SE 31-73-10 W5 on the shores of Lesser Slave Lake, Alberta. The Project will be developed in multiple phases. Phase 1 will include 4 rental cabins, 12 annual lease RV sites, 6 yurt rental sites, supporting lakefront tourism infrastructure (staging area, food shops, wood sales, fishing tours, and snowmobile and ATV rentals), stormwater infrastructure, utilities (power, water, and a sanitary holding tank), walking trails, and access roads (totaling approximately 15 acres). Phase 2 will consist of an additional 32 units and associated roads and utilities.
