Alexander First Nation: BF 77352 Replacement and Twp Rd 562 Improvements

Alexander First Nation proposes to replace the existing bridge (Bridge File 77352) which carries township road 562 over Riviere Qui Barre. The location of the proposed project is approximately 13 km northwest of the Riviere Qui Barre hamlet, Alberta. The proposed new bridge is to be a three-span "SL" type concrete girder bridge with spike-through-type abutments.

Proposed activities involve the demolition and disposal of the existing bridge, construction of the new bridge, and the widening and raising of associated road surfaces. Local roads will be closed while activities associated with the proposed project are underway.
