Parking Lot Resurfacing for the Entire Complex along with Line Painting at the RCMP K Division

The parking lot adjacent to the RCMP K Division building services multiple stalls for RCMP and the public. Current asphalt is showing signs of wear and in need of replacement. Work will include new parking stalls with new cast-in-place paved concrete and new traffic/stall/handicap identification lines. The current roadway/lot is comprised of an asphalt paved surface and the new project should be in accordance to standards to last and provide long life.

The project scope will include all lots based on drawings and onsite investigation, but will not include the pedestrian walkways. This work will also not include restoration or replacement of the median curbs while making every attempt to maintain the integrity of the electrical pedestals, trees and light standards in the medians.
