Trench Removal and Site Restoration in C1 area at CFB Wainwright

The Proposed Project

The Department of national Defence is proposing to remove trench materials in the Range and Training Area C1. Trench materials are corrugated steel sheets with wood and metal stakes. Total approximate trench area of 468 square meters. The project work also includes site restoration. The project will occur in the Range Training Area (RTA) at Wainwright


Latest update

September 9, 2020 – The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
