Install New Trailer Complex at P12 at Garrison Wainwright

This project involves construction of a gravel pad and the installation of new trailer buildings at P12. The gravel pad will be constructed in Fall of 2022. The trailers will be installed in Summer/Fall 2023.

Construction activities include:

  • Remove and stockpile existing topsoil
  • Construction and compaction of gravel pads complete with a layer of poly for radon protection as per Canadian Standards Association requirements
  • Replacement of topsoil in immediate area (as appropriate)
  • Installation of screw piles within the gravelled pad area
  • Placement of new trailer-type buildings and securement to pilings
  • Installation of trailer skirting and placement of pea gravel around the trailers
  • Connection of the trailers to electrical services and communications
