OS-7269 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Surface Lease for an access road and a multiwell oil pad, with a temporary log deck

A surface lease consisting of a 309.68 m long access road and 2.26 ha. area for drilling and operating a multiwell oil padsite will be constructed and maintained for the operating life of the three (3) proposed wells, then decommissioned and reclaimed before the lease agreement is surrendered.

A temporary log deck has been surveyed along the west side of the access road. The project padsite is configured to adjoin an existing surface lease. The padsite has been relocated to minimize impacts and maximize setbacks. However, one non-fish bearing wetland is located within 45m of the proposed wellsite and access road.
