Pelican Lake First Nation - Quonset Addition

Pelican Lake First Nations is looking to add onto an existing maintenance shop structure. The current shop facility is approximately 24,000ft2, with our planned expansion adding another 9600ft2 to the facility. Approximately 40% addition. The existing facility has all services such as water containment , sewage containment , natural gas, and power. There is no additional services which will be needed for this addition. Minimal site preparation will be required for this addition to our existing maintenance shop. All required utilities are existing. Site preparation required involves stripping of organic soils if existing.  Most of this region of the yard has already been stripped. Create proper grade to tie into existing concrete slab, and ensure proper drainage away from the addition.
