Replacement of Water Crossing and Road Alignment

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project which involves the replacement of the current water crossing over Johnson Creek, which is a tributary to Primrose Lake, Saskatchewan. The site is located at the Primrose Lake Evaluation Range, approximately 50km northeast of Cold Lake, Alberta.


Latest update

June 21, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. The Department of National Defence is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
