Frog Lake First Nation Water System Project

The water infrastructure upgrades include a new water treatment plant located on the north side of Frog Lake, a new raw water intake, a new raw water intake pump station, a new raw water pond, a new raw water transfer pump station, treated water transmission line, and local residuals management. The new infrastructure will be sized to the 20-year projected water demand.

End of Public Comment Period

February 6, 2021 – The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
