OS-6908 Authorization to Construction and Operate a Surface Lease

A surface lease consisting of 4.1 ha. area for drilling and operating a multiwell oil padsite will be constructed and maintained for the operating life of 20 proposed wells, then decommissioned and reclaimed before the lease agreement is surrendered.

The project padsite will utilize a previously surveyed and recently reclaimed padsite, with an extension area to the west. The padsite has been located to utilize an existing access road and to avoid wetland areas. No fish bearing waterbodies or large, open waterbodies will be impacted or are in proximity to the proposed padsite.
