Reconstruct Asphalt Fitness Trails Phase 1 - 3rd Canadian Division Support Base Edmonton

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project which consists of the repair of approximately 2,961 linear meters of the 17.5 kilometer existing asphalt fitness trail system at 3rd Canadian Division Support Base Edmonton. This portion of the existing fitness trails was originally constructed in 1992 and the surface has now degraded to the point where pedestrian safety is a concern. 390 meters will have eight areas repaired and one culvert removed. 1,059 meters will have ten areas repaired and an asphalt overlay. 1,491 meters will be re-constructed.

Latest update
