Enoch Cree Nation ATCO 1121399 Removal Phase 3 Project

ATCO will remove 75m of the previously abandoned 42mm Swan Hills Branch Transmission in Enoch Creen Nation. The pipe will be removed by open excavation. Activities will include ground disturbance, hydrovac, excavation, pipe removal, welding, and backfill.

Latest update

April 28, 2025 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
