Alexander Wastewater Treatment Plant

Alexander First Nation plans to construct a new mechanical wastewater treatment plant. The proposed wastewater treatment plant will include the development of an access road as well as a new force main line to the plant from the two lift stations in the townsite. The two existing lift stations will be replaced by new stations at the same locations. Additionally, two greenhouse shelters will be built at the treatment plant site to dry biosolids for compost or reuse.
