OS-7255 Authorization to Construct and Operate a Surface Lease for a Borrow Pit, a multi-well pad and log deck.

A surface lease consisting of a 203 m long, 161.5 m width and 3.28 ha area for a four multi-well pad and 0.97 ha for a log deck and borrow pit will be constructed and maintained for the operating life of these facilities, and then decommissioned and reclaimed when they are no longer required and before the lease agreement is surrendered.

Pad site is a multi-well site to minimize disturbance. Pad site will connect to proposed perpendicular linear disturbances that include a pipeline, access road, and riser site.

Pad site was sited to avoid wetlands and significant historical areas. An assessment by a Qualified Environmental Consultant has indicated that there are no fish bearing waterbodies located at site and within 100 m of site. A wildlife assessment has also been conducted to ensure active wildlife features are not present at site and within 100 m of site and that problem soils will not be encountered.

The project is located in Alexander First Nation 134A. The proponent is Crescent Point Energy.
