Jasper House Bungalows Wildfire Rebuild Master Plan

Osprey Resorts Inc. is developing a master rebuild plan for Jasper House Bungalows, located approximately 3 km south of the Jasper townsite in Jasper National Park. This plan responds to extensive property loss from the 2024 Jasper Wildfire Complex. Over a proposed period of two years, the proponent is proposing a complete rebuild of the property including construction of new guest cabins, a main lodge with guest suites, staff accommodations, supporting outbuildings, a reconfigured parking area, and landscaping. A modest increase in visitor capacity and a transition from seasonal to year-round operations is proposed. As rebuild activities progress, updates or design modifications to existing utilities may be deemed necessary.
