Parks Canada Agency Whistlerville Housing Rebuild and Utilities to Marmot Meadows

Parks Canada is planning to rebuild the Whistlerville seasonal operational housing destroyed in the Jasper Wildfire Complex of 2024. The new housing is proposed to provide double the number of housing units, and be operational year round rather than seasonally. The project would include the associated utilities of power, water, wastewater sufficient to support Whistlerville permanently and the neighbouring Marmot Meadows interim housing for three to five years.
