Frog Lake First Nation Water System Project

Frog Lake First Nation is proposing the construction of a new treated water reservoir and pump station and a 17.5 km new regional pipeline from the northern boundary of Frog Lake to the new reservoir and pump station and from the new treated water reservoir to the existing water treatment plan. The project will also include temporary upgrades to the existing water treatment plan and demolition of two old reservoirs (school reservoir and truck fill reservoir).

End of Public Comment Period

February 13, 2020 - The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
