Apron III infill

This project consists of infilling a current grassed island area on Apron 3 with concrete in order to allow for  safe maneuvering of larger aircraft in this area. Additionally, there will be concrete panel rehab to the existing Apron 3 area surrounding the new infill, drainage repairs, electrical edge lighting upgrades, and installation of new pavement markings.
