Parks Canada ski trail reconfiguration in Waskesiu Lake, SK

The Beaver Glen ski loop in Waskesiu Lake, SK will be rerouted to help reduce disruptions caused by vehicle traffic and national park operations. Approximately 2.5km of new trail will be constructed in forested areas within the boundaries of the Waskesiu Lake townsite.

2025-02-26 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
