Hall Lake Stage 3 Subdivision

The Lac La Ronge Indian Band is proposing the development of a new 57 lot subdivision in the community of Hall Lake (Morin Lake I.R. No. 217). The community has no available lots for home construction. The first phase of the subdivision will include water, sewer, lot grading and road development for 22 lots. Construction includes installation of water mains (including hydrants and valves), sanitary sewer mains (including manholes), power lines, storm sewer infrastructure (culverts). Feasibility, pre-design and detailed design have been completed and approved by ISC. Site clearing will be required for lot grading. Construction will include installation of underground utilities, lot grading and road development.

July 19, 2021 - Indigenous Services Canada issued its notice of determination Notice of Determination for the Hall Lake Stage 3 Subdivision - Canada.ca (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
